DUTIES: Manage the execution of Energy Investment Banking transactions (mergers and acquisitions, public offering of securities, and other financial advisory
services) from start to finish. Apply understanding of the fundamental principles of both general and energy finance including net asset valuation, comparable
companies, precedent transactions and trading multiples in the valuation of potential assets, mergers, acquisitions, divestments, spin-offs, joint ventures and other
corporate activities. Manage analytics overseeing collection, analysis, synthesis and integration of data to construct financial valuation models and presentations.
Interface between client and project team, and administer data room activities during sales processes/coordination of buyer scheduling and presentation of materials.
Management and oversight of 3-5 investment banking analysts in completion of day-to-day tasks and project completion. Impart knowledge and advice to Analysts
in order to get best results from and ensure strong development of these resources. 20-25% of time spent traveling to client offices.
Minimum Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or related degree
Minimum Experience Requirements: 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of energy investment banking or industry experience
focused on executing mergers and acquisitions as well as managing a team of 3-5 finance professionals.
Special Requirements: Series 79 and Series 63 licenses
